Origin: Manalheim (volcanic ridges, geothermal valleys)
The Lavaridge Palm is a large palm-like tree native to Manalheim’s volcanic ridges and geothermal valleys. It can reach extreme heights and has a trunk wide enough to be carved without killing the tree. Its presence indicates stable, heat-driven ecosystems.
Lavaridge Palms grow on volcanic ridges and in geothermal valleys, favoring ash-rich, heat-tolerant soils. They are absent in non-volcanic or cold biomes.
Lavaridge Palms live 500–1,000 years, reaching maturity at ~50 years and producing seeds in heat-heavy seasons.
Mature Lavaridge Palms can reach up to 2,000 meters in height, with trunks spreading up to 50 meters wide. Younger trees (under 50 years) typically measure 100–500 meters tall.
Lavaridge Palms supported Manalheim exploration during the Era of Absolute Expansion (~3,000 years before modern Geba). Their massive size and resilience make them a key feature of volcanic landscapes. Range limited to Manalheim’s volcanic ridges and geothermal valleys.
