Alias: None
Origin: Saethera (moonlit groves)

Softmoss is a plush, cushion-like moss carpeting the forest floors of Saethera’s moonlit groves. Its dense structure retains moisture, cushions the soil, and supports microfauna in shaded, humid environments. Its texture and abundance have made it a favored resource in Saetheran domestic life.

Terrain

Moonlit groves, rooted in moist soils. Absent in arid or volcanic biomes.

Lifespan

Lives 5–10 years. Matures at 1–2 years. Produces spores in humid seasons.

Uses

Notes

Documented in the Era of Absolute Expansion (~3,000 years before modern Geba), Softmoss enhances Saethera’s grove ecosystems. Extant and common.
