Ukhaal Walkers (Homo relicta saxicolus)

Alias: None
Origin: Ukhaalstaag (cliffs)

Ukhaal Walkers are devolved humanoids that inhabit the cliffs of Ukhaalstaag. With elongated limbs and lean, powerful frames, they are uniquely adapted to vertical terrain. Their movements displace loose ledges, destabilizing footing for intruders before striking with speed. Their presence marks ecosystems that have remained isolated and largely untouched by human expansion.

Terrain

Cliff systems and corridors within Ukhaalstaag. Absent in open, low-altitude, or densely populated biomes.

Lifespan

Estimated lifespan of 40–60 years. Reach maturity at 12–15 years.

Height & Build

Stand 1.88–2.06 meters tall, weighing 130–165 kilograms. Possess elongated limbs specialized for climbing and ambush in narrow vertical spaces. Juveniles are presumed smaller but rarely observed.

Uses

Notes

First documented in the Comprehensive Field Codex during the Era of Absolute Expansion (~3,000 years before modern Geba), Ukhaal Walkers were noted for their role in cliff ecosystems and their ambush behavior. Extant but rare, they remain a high threat to explorers navigating Ukhaalstaag’s vertical terrains.
